Step 2:
Entry fee based on a minimum pledge of $100 per team member or $600 per team. Balance of team pledges to be submitted online paid by Visa or MC or paid by cheque to be received by mail no later than Tuesday, March 23rd. Cheques payable to Vancouver Island Mountain Sports Society.

Step 3:
Download and complete the waiver forms for each member of the team.

Step 4: Event Registation Package Pick-up - March 27th
Team captains to bring all team members' waiver forms when they pick up Team Event Registration Package Saturday, March 27th between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm at the St John Ambulance Office, #107, 1742 Cliffe Ave., Courtenay.
Registration package includes snowshoe day pass for each team member and race numbers. Teams will have two pairs of snowshoes available for the relay, however we are encouraging teams to bring their own. Biathlon rifles for biathlon range to be supplied by the VI Biathlon Club.
Please note: No event passes will be handed out unless all waiver forms and paperwork are complete.
Biathlon Range Safety Check: All participants must go through a biathlon range safety check on Sunday morning. Teams will be given
set times for Safety Check. Safety check outs start at 8:30 am
